STAC1 - Advancing Skills (Tactical Shotgun Level 1) is built for shooters who already understand the basics—and are ready to do more. Whether you’ve spent time on the range or used a shotgun in the field, STAC1 is your next step in becoming a more confident, capable, and tactical shotgun operator. In this class, we go beyond the fundamentals and focus on advancing your abilities through dynamic drills, real-world applications, and practical mindset development.

This is a hands-on, skill-building course where you'll improve your weapon handling, target transitions, and develop the mental discipline required for tactical application. It’s the perfect bridge between basic familiarity and real-world tactical use—and it's a great time doing it.

**All firearms must be unloaded and in a case or holster upon arrival. All firearms will remain unloaded and on safe until specifically directed otherwise by, and under the guidance of, a TVSA Instructor.

There are no prerequisites to this course, however, all students must be able to perform basic level skills such as safety and weapon manipulation (i.e. TDKK, locking chamber open, loading, etc.). STAC1 is the prerequisite required to attend STAC2 (Introduction to Movement) and STAC3 (Fire Team Fundamentals).
