His interest in Law enforcement began early in his life. He has learned the importance of value, discipline, responsibility, and respect. Those early experiences continue to shape the way he approaches teaching gun safety, as well as his disciplined approach to constant learning and improvement.

Today, Paul is training to become a certified instructor, specializing in range safety officer (R.S.O.), defensive tactics, technical training, strategy, and leadership. Known for his quiet and calm demeanor while under pressure, encouraging skills, and dedication, he works with Treasure Valley Shooting Academy to help them in any way they need.
